Insurance Options

Mal’s Milky Way is contracted with The Lactation Network to accept a variety of insurance policies. Typically, insurance covers up to 6 visits, including prenatal care!

Humana, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare Commercial/HMO’s, or Anthem PPOs; Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VA CCN), PNOA, and Multiplans currently partnered with TLN.

Cash Pay Options

Mal’s Milky Way can accept HSA/FSA payments in addition to cash, check, and typical credit and debit cards. If your insurance is not in network with TLN, a superbill can be provided after services to submit to insurance for reimbursement. MMW cannot guarantee how much insurance will reimburse.

Lifecycle packages are mixed payments of insurance and cash pay as insurance plans may cover the portion of direct lactation services but do not cover the other amazing benefits the package has to offer.
